Terms of Service

Effective date: April 2026

1. What CrossTrack Does

CrossTrack provides identity resolution as a service. We help you connect anonymous and known user events across devices and sessions by processing hashed identifiers through our API and SDKs.

2. Your Account

When you sign up for CrossTrack, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CrossTrack complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection and privacy laws relevant to your jurisdiction and your users.

CrossTrack is a tool — how you use it is your responsibility. You must obtain any required consent from your end users before sending data to our service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CrossTrack in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in activity that is harmful, abusive, or illegal.

5. Service Availability

We work hard to keep CrossTrack reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Accounts on the free tier do not include a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Paid plans may include SLA terms as specified in their respective agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrossTrack and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of CrossTrack after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CrossTrack will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
