CrossTrack helps businesses see that a customer on their website and the same customer on their app is actually the same person.
Most companies have a website and an app.
When someone visits the website on their laptop, the website says "new visitor!" and gives them an ID. Then that same person opens the app on their phone, and the app says "new visitor!" and gives them a different ID.
Now the company thinks they have two customers. But it's one person. Multiply that across thousands of customers, and suddenly a company thinks they have 500,000 users when they really have 300,000.
CrossTrack is a small piece of software that companies add to their website and app. It connects the dots automatically — so when the same person uses both, the company knows it's one person, not two. No extra work for the customer. They don't have to log in or do anything special. It just works in the background.
Any company that has both a website and a mobile app and cares about knowing who their customers actually are.
CrossTrack is not an analytics platform. We don't replace Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or whatever you're already using. We sit underneath those tools.
Think of it this way: your analytics tools tell you what happened. CrossTrack tells them who it happened to — accurately, across every device.
We also don't store your customer data. CrossTrack resolves identity and passes the unified profile ID through to your existing tools and data warehouse. Your data stays yours.
