When you create a CrossTrack account, we collect:
CrossTrack is designed around privacy by default. We do not collect or store your end users' personally identifiable information (PII).
Our identity resolution engine processes hashed identifiers only. We never see or store actual end-user emails, names, phone numbers, or other personal data. The hashing happens on your side before data reaches us.
Your account data and service data are stored in a PostgreSQL database managed by Supabase, hosted in the US East region. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest.

Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
